Garrett Higbee is the founder of Soul Care Consulting International (SCCI) and Transformed Resources. He has spent over 20 years helping churches develop Biblical Soul Care cultures. With a Christ-centered approach, Garrett and his team have created an effective discipleship and soul care model, helping churches thrive in leadership and community. Garrett also founded Twelve Stones Ministries a biblical counseling retreat, and is on the board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He and his wife Tammy have been married 27 years and have three children. They live in Westfield, Indiana where they host leader counseling retreats on their beautiful 4-acre property.

Lee is a senior consultant with a vast amount of ministry experience. He has helped many churches to address significant leadership issues and to create care cultures. Lee is married to Andrea, and they have four children, Luke, Abel, Leah, and Miriam.
Lee and his family live in Austin, Texas, where he is Pastor of Soul Care Ministries at Radiant Church .

Nathan is a senior consultant who specializes in market place soul care. He works with churches and Christian organizations to optimize leadership potential and care cultures. He currently serves as Chaplain on the Culture and Leadership Development Team at Lippert, combining his passion for leadership and corporate chaplaincy with his belief in ‘Making Business a Force for Good.’ With a doctorate in Executive Leadership and experience spanning over two decades in pastoral care, Nathan’s mission is to guide others into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ through discipleship, training, and leadership development. Nathan has been married to his high school sweetheart, Barbara, for over 20 years, and they have two children, Micah and Ashlyn.

Dave is the director of operations helping the team develop seamless and effective way to serve our partners. He is a pastor of Soul Care at Coastal Church in Virginia. He has a passion for networking and helping to regionalize soul care leader cohorts around the world.

Susan Abraham serves as the Director of Administration for Soul Care Consulting International, a position she has held since the fall of 2022. In this role, she ensures smooth coordination and support for its mission of providing biblical soul care. She is committed to implementing best practices, building processes, and optimizing back-office operations to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall effectiveness.

Jeremy is a professor at Cedarville University. He is a contributor to the Freedom Groups and Transformed curriculum. He has over ten years in pastoral ministry as well as ten years in various roles in academic education. He has served as Pastor of Soul Care Ministries at Harvest Bible Church in Phoenix, Arizona. Jeremy has a B.A. in history with a minor in philosophy, an M.A. in liberal studies concentrated in history from Valparaiso University, an M.Div. from Faith Bible Seminary, and he is currently completing a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jeremy is married to Jen and they have 2 wonderful kids. They live in Cedarville Ohio.

Jason has eighteen years academic and administrative experience and over ten years in ministry at the local church level. He is ACBC certified, trained by Twelve Stones Ministries, and currently working on his D.Ed.Min in biblical counseling at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jason is married to Karla, and has two children, Cohen and Melanie. He loves fishing, hiking, playing family games, and watching football.

Jill has been passionately serving in the church for over three decades. She is helping churches to launch Freedom Groups around the world! Jill is zealous to equip others to walk in their freedom in Christ Jesus. She is compassionate in her efforts for others to wholeheartedly know and love their Savior and in response love and serve others. She is married to Vaughn and they have 2 children.

Jeff is a lay biblical counselor at Harvest Church in Carmel, Indiana, and has 25 years of experience in men's ministry. A former missionary kid, he later served with his family in Western Asia. After working in tech for over two decades, he now runs internet startups and lives in Carmel with his wife Becky and their four children.
